Woodcrete ICF Extension - Scunthorpe
Day 1 AM
The blocks start to be laid above damp. 1 operative and 1 labourer. This system is far faster than a traditional build causing far less disruption to our clients.
Day 1 PM
The build reaches the 1st floor, concrete is booked for first thing in the morning to fill the insulated blocks. This will create a thermal mass within the walls.
Day 2 - Concrete pour
Concrete is pumped into the cavities of the blocks and the second floor blocks installed to wall plate level.
Day 3 - 2nd concrete pour
The team work together to ensure a smooth pour of concrete.
Completion of walls
A full 2 story extension built in 3 days from damp to wall plate. Keeping the cost of labour to a minimum for our clients with an ECO friendly system.
